The Service is intended for employers, hiring managers, and professionals conducting legitimate professional due diligence.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

Clout Scores are generated by AI research based on publicly available information. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or professional assessment of any individual. Scores may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any hiring or business decision.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Use of the Broken Window API is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. API keys must not be shared or resold. Broken Window reserves the right to revoke API access for misuse.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Broken Window does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is accurate or complete.
